๐Ÿ“ŒA.P.J Abdul Kalam began his career as a scientist at the Aeronautical Development Establishment of the Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO)

๐Ÿ“ŒHe had also served as the project director of India’s first Satellite Launch Vehicle (SLV-III) at ISRO.

๐Ÿ“ŒIn 1992, he was appointed as the Scientific Adviser to the Defence Minister. With the rank of cabinet minister.
